eTronics a rapidly growing IT Sales, turnkey and standalone service solutions is expanding our new business development / sales team. We seek a Sales Professional / Sales Hunter to build and manage a pipeline of prospective assigned clients and revenue.

Background Work of This Hire - Prior to Actual Selling


1. Generate sales and revenue growth from allocated Region.
2. Develop/build and or bring prospect of targeted contacts.
3. Gather prospective client requirements and coordinate all communications, meetings, and negotiations.
4. Develop and maintain very strong relationships both with their customers and suppliers.
5. Expand company messaging and voice-based products to existing and new customers.
6. Successfully deploy product marketing and pricing strategy in your region for your clients.
8. Build and manage a reseller program across your region.
9. Implement lead generation strategies to generate demand.
10. Technical aptitude to understand functionalities of the products/solutions
11. Some travel is expected.

The Work - Key Essentials


- Prospect (cold calls, email campaigns, social, business and referral networking), qualify, and engage accounts.
- Comfort in doing cross-functional coordination
- Create/build new sales prospect pipeline and manage that pipeline full life cycle to success to include face to face meetings, visit to our corporate facility, and development of RFPs/Proposals.
- Meet/engage decision makers (heads of business development, management) gather requirements and market our service offerings.
- Conduct meetings, presentations that generate next step visits to our facility where our full suite of resources is presented.
- Craft solutions leveraging our capabilities that map to client directional needs.

The Responsibilities


1. Meets quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan.
2. Maintain accurate and timely contact, prospecting, and sales data through use of corporate CRM.
3. Build/Manage your pipeline, close business, and build long term relationships.
4. You are expected to hunt Enterprise accounts while doing cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned targets.
5. identify, qualify, and close new accounts individually across industry verticals (e.g. Fintech / Internet Product Companies / BFSI / Internet Market places / Real Estate )
6. Actively doing client meetings / follow-ups to bring closures- Achieving business targets on monthly basis to ensure annual quota is met 7. Pitching the right solutions to complex business problems
8. Articulate pricing models to create a win-win for the organization and client
9. Continuously updating the knowledge base of the technical landscape
10. Keep a close watch on Competition offerings
11. End to end mapping of Key Accounts to ensure stronghold from a retention perspective.


Ideal Backgrounds For All Profiles - Must Haves


- Is a proven new business development/sales hunter for IT Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS, Solutions Sales, IT Products
- Experience in Voice / Call Center sales would be advantageous
- Experience in UAE or GCC markets would be advantageous
- Active listening and good questioning skills
- Is a relentless prospector and presenter who has proven effectiveness setting up face to face and or online meetings
- Has established a successful track record of building and managing a sales pipeline to success.
- Excellent track record of connecting to and setting appointments with decision makers.
- Demonstrates business acumen in assessing potential business deals and negotiating favourable terms.
- Comfortable and experienced with tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM tools) and with technology.
- Maintains professionalism and absolute integrity in your business dealings.
- Passionate about your work and this industry, innovative, creative, and charismatic
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
